• Attendee booking information such as name, email address, and phone number when tickets are booked.
• Organizer account information and payout details where applicable.
• Basic device and usage information for security, fraud prevention, and performance monitoring.
• Location information where enabled to help users discover nearby events.

2. How we use information

• To process bookings and deliver tickets and receipts.
• To manage organizer dashboards, ticketing, and payouts.
• To support event discovery features, including nearby events.
• To prevent fraud, enforce policies, and maintain platform security.

3. Payments

Payments are processed through Paystack. We do not store full card details on our servers.

4. Sharing

We may share attendee booking details with the relevant event organizer for attendance management. We may also share necessary data with payment providers solely to process payments and handle disputes.

5. Data retention

Orbi may retain event and related records for operational, security, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, audit, and legal compliance purposes, after which data may be deleted or anonymized unless longer retention is required by law.

6. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

7. Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data where applicable.
